Our delivery usually takes between 10-20 days. Please allow us additional 1-3 working days as your order has to be processed and sent out. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

In this case, we highly advice you to just add product to your basket such as HydroItems™ Portable Flakes, which technically will be free, as the price of them is almost equivalent to the price of shipping!
